Privacy Policy

Purpose

Hermes Therapy Practice is a private integration that connects the owner’s Hermes assistant with Google Workspace services authorized by the owner.

Information accessed

Depending on the permissions the owner grants, the integration may access Google Workspace account information and content needed for requested functions, such as email, calendar, files, documents, or spreadsheets.

How information is used

Information is used only to perform owner-requested practice-administration workflows, maintain the integration, and troubleshoot its operation. The integration is not offered for public use and does not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by Google Workspace, Hermes, Firebase Hosting, and other services the owner deliberately connects to complete requested workflows. Retention depends on the connected services, their settings, and records the owner chooses to keep.

Access and control

The owner controls Google authorization and may review or revoke access through the Google Account permissions page. Requests about information handled by this integration may be sent to cmarcos.counseling@gmail.com.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the integration or its authorized uses change. The current version will be posted on this page.
